Telesales Parts Advisor
TELESALES PARTS ADVISOR
Basic Salary - GBP22,500 + OTE
Working Hours - 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday & Saturdays 8.00am - 12.30pm (1 in 2)
Location - Nottingham
My client is seeking an experienced Telesales Parts Advisor to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude. As a Telesales Parts Advisor you will need to be target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.
Responsibilities of a Telesales Parts Advisor
•Working in a call centre environment
•Identifying Parts for customers
•Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
•Making upsells to customers
Skills and Qualifications of a Telesales Parts Advisor
•Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
•Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
•Strong customer service skills
•Confident in sales
