Work as Deputy Home Manager for a fantastic Care home that offers some of the best Nursing and Dementia Care in the Leicestershire area. This post comes with a very competitive salary plus and benefits. Based in Leicestershire. Our client's care home is designed to support 50 residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care. The home has a great local reputation, high staffing levels and supportive directors.
We're looking to place an excellent RGN/RMN qualified Clinical Lead with superb healthcare experience, including running a successful older people's nursing care home.
Drawing on your nursing home experience, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the best quality care is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and home management. You will support and inspire continuous improvement within the home, both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.
