Evolve is recruiting for a unique opportunity with a leading Medical Device organisation. Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join their team at head office in High Wycombe, to run their online pharmacy that offers a medicines home delivery service, to conveniently combine the delivery of patients stoma or continence supplies along with their medicines straight to their homes.
This is a maternity cover to start from August 2022, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with half an hour for lunch (40 hours pw).
Essential Requirements
Must be GPhC registered Pharmacist.
Accredited to provide Essential, Advanced and Enhanced services.
Be a team player who is involved in all areas of the pharmacy business.
Have a hands-on approach to all tasks.
Be an excellent communicator who is confident at networking with patients and local healthcare professionals.
Be professional, ethical and believe in providing outstanding patient care and customer services at all times
Role Responsibilities
Have a real hands-on approach to the way you do things.
Be focused just as much on the customers, as well as the leadership of the team.
Take ownership of the pharmacy and have a positive "can do" attitude, promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience.
Responsible for planning and reviewing own workload requiring a high level of self motivation and use of initiative.
Ensure compliance with the professional standards in Pharmacy and maintain all professional registrations within the team.
Dispensing prescription medicines to the public, following prescriptions issued by an authorised Medical Practitioner and liaising with patients and GP surgeries.
Support and cover for the Pharmacist as required.
Review and maintain SOPs and ensure all staff are trained and observant of all legal and professional requirements.
Role Specific Competencies
Calm and works well under pressure.
Great interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills.
Can-do attitude.
Salary + Package
Up to GBP45,000 depending on experience.
Contributory Pension Scheme.
