We have a temporary opportunity available for a Ward Administrator.This role is based at John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Oxford, OX3 9DU.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (37.5 hours per week).

This is a Band 3 role, paying GBP11.14 per hour.

Duties to include:

* Admitting, discharging and transferring patients on EPR, scanning patients notes onto EPR

* Meeting and greeting patients and other health professional

* Booking transport and other admin duties should they arise

* You will be working alongside our Pre-admission administrator cross covering each other when needed, full support and training will be given

Skills required:

* Excellent IT skills essential, use of word and excel

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

* Excellent organisation skills

* Excellent telephone manner

* System experience - EPR (desirable but training can be provided)
