We are seeking Support Workers for a fantastic outreach service for autistic people in Bristol.

???About the job:

You will be?????? supporting adults with Autism living in their own homes and/or in supported living services. This is an interesting and varied role, helping individuals maintain maximum independence whilst providing valuable support to get the most out of life, and spending anywhere from a few hours to a full shift with each service user you support.

The type of support you provide will differ between each individual, but could include things like:

* Support with daily routines and chores; household upkeep and paying bills

* Personal care and/or prompting, medication, attending health and wellbeing appointments

* Participating in leisure and recreation activities such as sports, social clubs, exercise, cinema, day trips, and day centre activities

* Accessing work, voluntary and educational opportunities

* Providing guidance and support to reach personal goals

Working hours:

This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, across early shifts (roughly 7am-2pm) and late shifts(2pm-9pm).
???The role will include approximately 2 in 4 weekends, and may include some sleep-in shifts, paid at an extra GBP50 per night.

???Salary and Benefits:

???Salary for this role is GBP19,240 per annum / GBP10 per hour. You will also receive some fantastic benefits including:

Job requirements:

To apply for this role you should have some experience in working with autistic people or be able to demonstrate a good understanding of autism - whether in a professional, voluntary or personal capacity.

You will need to be a driver with your own transport.
