Looking for a Health care Assistant / Support Worker, to care or support the elderly and vulnerable in a residential of care home set up.
Assisting residence with care such as grooming, washing and maintaining personal hygiene standards
Preparing /serving healthy, nutritious meals, taking into account any special dietary needs and personal preferences
Identifying activities that would appeal to the patients and ensuring that they are suitably stimulated
Contributing to a clean, well-organised and pleasant environment for all patients
Upholding a good standard of safeguarding
