Fresh have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Assistant to join our team at The Gorge based in Exeter. You will join on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of GBP23,000 per annum.

About the Service Assistant role:
As our Service Assistant, you will provide a responsive reception service, customer service being at the forefront of this at all times. You will be the first point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants in a large student accommodation building. You will also provide a comprehensive administrative support to the accommodation team.
Responsibilities of our Service Assistant include:
Dealing with customer enquiries by social networks, email, telephone and in person
Covering the front desk during office hours
Providing appropriate advice to tenants and potential tenants regarding any queries they have
Undertaking viewings with potential customers and be able to give them appropriate information
Ensuring the reception and management suite is clean and tidy at all times and adheres to Health & Safety requirements
Ensuring that the database system is kept up to date and maintained
Receiving and processing payments
Monitoring and chase rent arrears
Undertaking inspections of the student flats and rooms to assess condition for recharges
Filing and maintaining customer data
Liaising with the maintenance function to ensure any issues are resolved promptly and are logged appropriately
