How would you like to work for one of the UK's largest property owners? An organisation that can boast of a multi-billion pound asset portfolio, covering thousands of properties across the country. They are currently recruiting for a Bid Manager on an initial 12 month ftc responsible for the management, coordination, and production of quality service proposals across the business.
Main Duties:
Project manage delivery of high-quality service proposals in response to new business requests and formal bid exercises
Review, interpret and provide recommendations for new business requests/bid opportunities, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood
Write and review proposals, and coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders
Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and guidance to provide a standardised, efficient approach to the preparation and delivery of service proposals
Manage and motivate contributors to new business/bid proposals
Prepare cost and pricing proposals that meet the requirement and scope of service for customers
Provide post proposal/bid submission support including coordinating responses to clarification questions and supporting customer presentationsExperience:
Previous bid management and project management experience within a large organisation
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
