An Admin Account Support required to work for a global manufacturer of design and retail equipment.
Working part from home and part office based.
This is an amazing opportunity to become fully involved in a wide range of project admin from managing the procurement of shipped goods, to seeing first hand a Project from start to finish, liaising with large retailers such as H&M, Primark, TK Max and many more.
Working three days a week from home, two office based. Working with designers, engineers and many high end retailers.
The main purpose of the role is to help support Account and Project Managers in delivery of customer satisfaction, to ensure orders have been shipped, checking trackers to ensure any delays are captured, sending updates to clientele where needed and ensuring deliveries and stock are accurate and on time.
Supply admin support to Account and Project Managers, to manage materials logistics to site, including progress chasing.
The role:
* Update databases with up to date live delivery information
* Ensure materials arrive at site at correct time and quantity
* Utilising sage completing purchase order numbers
* Taking all bespoke order enquiries and present to Pricing Dept.
* Provide quotations for small order enquiries
* Provide full admin support to Account and Project managers
* Manages Project Managers Diaries
* Places orders for all materials required as specified
* Raising quotations and picking sheets
* Progress chasing orders and quotations and sending emails and updating excel spreadsheets
Requirements for the role:
* 5 GCSE grades A/B or O Levels, including English and Maths
* Previous experience in shop fitting or similar back ground
* Familiarity with Microsoft package
