We have a temporary opportunity available for a Nurses Services Administrator. This role is based at the Churchill Hospital, Old Rd, Headington, Oxford, OX3 7LE.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, candidate can choose which shift they prefer(37.5 hours per week).

This is a Band 4 role, paying GBP11.53 per hour.

Duties to include:

* To work alongside the TB lead nurse and TB team on the daily administrative tasks of TB nursing service

* Book patient's appointments on Electronic Patient Record (EPR)

* Contact patients by telephone or letter inviting and encouraging patients to attend TB screening appointments

* Support TB nurses with GP letters and referral letters to consultant as required- templates available

* Organize equipment required for screening clinics, including leaflets and phlebotomy equipment

* Participate in the life of the TB nursing team

Skills required:

* Excellent IT skills essential, use of word and excel

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

* Excellent organisation skills

* Excellent telephone manor including using language line interpreting services

* NHS System knowledge- Electronic Patients Records, Revenue Cycle and Power Note
