Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a dynamic organisation in the Watford area. This growing organisation have an exciting opportunity for an Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join their team. This candidate will have previous experience within a Receptionist/Front of House/Team Administrator type of position. This will suit someone who has strong organisational skills, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Salary - up to GBP30k depending on experience
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days wfh

Some of the duties will include:

Managing the reception and communal areas
Making travel arrangements
Handling expenses
Sign off orders for catering and office supplies
Managing sundries and refreshments
Organising staff social events
Assisting the Director with administration and ad-hoc duties
The suitable candidate:

Previous experience within a similar position
Strong communication skills
Strong administration skills
Good organisational skills
Professional telephone manner
Able to get to central Watford
