Sales Support Coordinator / Administrator

Hybrid / remote working (3 days office / 2 days at home)

Adesa UK are a technology driven, vehicle re-marketing business delivering solutions to automotive dealerships and retailers. We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator / Administrator for our sales and marketing team.

Sales Support Coordinator / Administrator - The Role:

Working within the Sales and Operations Team for a well-known vehicle sales brand you will form part of a small friendly close knit team providing sales support for our prestigious key client.

Providing your clients with stock list of cars that are becoming available.
Forming professional relationships with a team of area managers and vehicle retailers.
Daily phone contact with your area managers.
Handling incoming customer calls in a professional and effective manner.
To provide administrative support to area managers
Ensure the database is up to date with customer feedback.
Sales Support Coordinator / Administrator Candidate requirements:

Excellent Customer Service and Administrative skills with experience of working in a similar role E.g. Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Advisor.
Outgoing and energetic personality with ability to communicate well and build rapport with customers.
Attention to detail with good IT literacy
Training given for the right person
