A well-known and busy hotel hotspot, seeking a successful and well skilled individual for this role.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to
Manage day to day marketing and promotional activities. You will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, meeting, and events facilities etc.
You will be tasked with building and implementing marketing strategies;
Promoting and managing the brand;
Managing relationships with agencies and partners;
Working with budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions;
Monitoring competition;
Generating new ideas for customer incentives, accommodation and business packages;
Creating and communicating the hotel event calendar;
Proving marketing support to sister properties also.
Reporting directly to the GM and Directors.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
We are looking for a charismatic, highly organised and customer facing individual. A passionate team player with excellent drive and attention to detail, excellent presentation and a natural ability to build relationships and lead a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
Must have a strong business aptitude.
Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
