Our client a four-star Hotel in Glasgow has a fantastic opportunity for an F&B Manager to join the Senior Management Team. Set in a bustling, cosmopolitan city with a renowned business centre and prestigious shopping, our client a four-star Hotel puts you in the heart of it all. Our Glasgow hotel's location is within a five-minute stroll to nightlife, the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, the Hydro arena, and one of the best shopping areas outside London.
The Job
Serving as the property F&B Manager you will oversee all property F&B operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. You will represent all F&B Services in resolving any guest or property related situations. Manage and lead the F&B operations of the hotel for all guests and associates. Ensure that standards are maintained and improved where possible. The job holder must be fully conversant with company policies and procedures and ensure that these are adhered to. To actively contribute to achieving the targets set for the Hotel F&B Scorecard.
The Person
To be considered for this F&B Manager role, previous F&B management experience is essential, unless the applicant has extensive F&B supervisory experience and is looking to take the next step in their career. The candidate will have the drive and determination to really succeed and make a difference. Suitable candidates will have excellent leadership and man-management skills together with the ability to train and develop their team. Additionally, good communication skills, attention to detail and excellent personal presentation will be required.
The Rewards
A competitive salary ranging between GBP35-40k is available, dependent on experience, for this F&B Manager role as well as free car parking on-site, free use of the in house gym, appetising staff food, company discounts and private medical cover.
