Salary: Up to £42,000 (depending on skills and knowledge) plus 12% Bonus and Company Car 

Full Time (40 hours per week)

What will you be doing? 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Driving Training Manager to join our logistics team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering quality driver training to new and existing drivers. This is a national position working across multiple depots. 

Responsibilities: 

• Carrying out driving assessments on all potential new drivers at interview stage 
• Delivering the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) including the induction of all new drivers 
• Delivering any required refresher training 
• Ensuring drivers have a thorough understanding of company procedures 
• Carrying out periodic assessments of all drivers and identifying training needs 
• Maintaining robust and accurate training records

What are the hours? 

40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. 

What are we looking for? 

 The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate: 

• HGV Class I 
• ADR Class II in tanks and packages 
• HIAB Operators licence 
• Drive & Survive accredited trainer 
• DFT Authorised instructor 
• CPC Qualified 
• Cylinder Operations Experience
