Infineon is recruiting a Director Program Management Microcontroller for its Automotive PSoC (Programmable System on a Chip) products as part of Smart Sensing product Line. The team is responsible for Automotive PSoC MCUs, Touch controllers, Smart sensing (Capacitive, Inductive and Current) and Battery Management System (BMS) products for Automotive applications. - Take over project owner role of assigned R&D projects within product programs
- Be responsible for setting budget, time and scope targets and making strategic decisions in the assigned projects
- Be head of the steering committee if several stakeholders need to be involved
Your Profile
As Director Program Management Microcontroller, you are aware of the strengths, needs for development and motivational drivers of your team members and deploy them according to their competences within the team. Lastly, you set realistic and challenging targets for your team members and monitor their progress regularly.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A Degree in Engineering or a comparable field
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the automotive industry within different areas
- Experience in product development in semiconductor industry
- The ability to be a fast learner in new areas of technical competence
- High degree of analytical skills and thinking as well as the ability of fast problem identification, effective isolation and efficient elimination
- High social competence, convincing presentation skills, Intellectual perception of audience, balancing team member interests against ambitious target setting
- Proven ability in leading small teams and act as a teamplayer and networker within communities
- Excellent English communication skills
