We are currently helping a service centre as they look to recruit a commercial vehicle technician.
Permanent position
Based in Grimsby
Salary GBP30-36K p.a.
Service and Inspect vehicles completely and report orally or in writing upon the vehicles condition, safety and reliability and performance.
Diagnose, observe, recognise and report on vehicle or component defects or symptoms of impending failure.
To ensure all service and maintenance sheets, vehicle health checks and manufacturer paperwork are completed accurately.
Follow manufacturers work instructions to complete repairs
To attend and complete any manufacturer training
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the working environment and adhere to all health and safety rules
Working hours will be;
Week 1 Monday to Friday 7.00am - 16.00pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 18.00pm Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm
A minimum Level 3 City & Guilds / NVQ in Vehicle Repair or relevant experience as a Technician
A full valid UK driving license
