We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist, private training provider, who are looking for a Management and Business Skills Trainer/Coach to cover Hampshire. You will be responsible for delivering Management, Team Leading, Business Admin and Customer Service qualifications to a range of learners.

This position is open to qualified, experienced trainer assessors or someone new to industry. It would suit someone that is working in a management role who is looking to move into a training and development role.

This is a part time or full time role and is flexible in terms of hours/ days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting a caseload of learners through their management, team-leading, customer service and business admin apprenticeship qualifications at levels 2, 3 & potentially 5

* Progressing learners through their qualifications by coaching, mentoring and tutorial support

* Offering information, support and guidance to learners as required

* Preparing learners for EPA

* Maintaining all documentation as required

The ideal candidate will have a background working in a managerial role, teamed with a real passion for learning and development. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to innovate and inspire learners to achieve their potential. You must be able to manage your own time and be comfortable working independently.

Qualifications:

* Assessing and/or Teaching qualification / award (desirable)

* Possess or working to a minimum of level 2 standard in English, Maths and ICT

Salary and Benefits:

This role is offering a starting salary of up to GBP27,000 (pro rata for part time) depending on experience and qualifications
