Graduate Sales Development Representative Package:

Graduate Sales Development Representative Role:

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospect clients
Create a sales pipeline via marketing generated leads, social media research and self-generated leads
Perform regular prospect outreach, targeting key decision makers to introduce the company offering and to qualify their needs and pain points
Leverage detailed knowledge of the market and competitors in order to communicate the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients
Work closely with the marketing team to support the development of marketing content and campaigns
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, tracking and recording all sales activity and updating client details
Graduate Sales Development Representative Requirements:

Educated to degree level
3+ years' experience working in similar role (within an IT or SaaS environment highly desirable)
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
IT literate- proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
A team player, who can also work autonomously
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
