Employability Manager
Full-time - 37 hours per week
Simply Education are working with a fantastic post-16 Education provider in Lincoln who are seeking to appoint an Employability Manager to lead on the Education and Employability Department. This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking to progress their career in the leadership and management industries.
The setting has a large emphasis on giving young people the opportunity to explore careers within the sport and leisure industry, by gaining a wider understanding of sport and exercise science.
The setting aims to inspire, empower, and help individuals and communities improve their physical, social and mental wellbeing. The objectives of this department are to provide positive learning environments to inspire people and develop skills for life.
The successful Employability Manager is responsible for managing the settings post-16 education and employability programmes, including but not exclusive to, Traineeships and NCS, to ensure consistent high standards of delivery, safe environments and to the specification of the programmes. Responsibilities extend to the management of operational and administrative staff, oversight of health and safety and safeguarding matters as well as operational deployment and incident management. Full support is given by the team.

To be considered for this role you will???
-Be educated to degree level (relevant area is preferred)
-Have a recognised teaching qualification (CTTLS/QTS/QTLS) - desirable

-Ability to monitor, evaluate and assess project performance
-Be target driven
-Have a passion for supporting learners develop into independent young adults
