We are currently recruiting for a QHSE Administrator for a client in Aberdeenshire, This would be a permanent role. This is a great opportunity for a progressive company.
Main Purpose of the role:-
The primary function of this role is to undertake administration duties within the QHSE Department, in addition, this role will also provide support to the finance & materials control departments as of and when required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
. • Maintaining accurate electronic or hard copy records of all raw material certification
• Maintaining accurate records of all in house and third-party inspection paperwork
• Coordinating third party inspectors to witness pump testing as required
• Expediting Marine Classification Society Certification
• Preparing pump packs for shipping with pumps or to be sent electronically and update pump despatch register
• Preparing technical documents for shipping with pumps where applicable
• Completing, recording, and issuing supplier declarations to customers where applicable
• Maintain Master Document Register
• Preparing monthly figures and slides as required for QHSE Department
• Updating employee training register
• Advising in advance when training certification renewals are due and liaise with production prior to booking training provider:
• i.e.: First aid, defibrillator, forklift & overhead crane training
• Maintaining monthly employee eye care register and ensure action taken when required
• Maintaining stationery inventory and order as required •
Assisting with QHSE audits and risk assessments
• Reviewing and maintaining first aid stock Required Qualifications
• Recognized training courses or qualification applicable with job responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
• HNC or equivalent level
• Internal Auditing
• Risk Assessments
38 hour week:- 8am to 5pm with a 2pm finish on a Tuesday.
