Vision for Education are recruiting for an outstanding Geography Teacher for a secondary school based in Blackpool, Lancashire. This role is due to start September 2022.
About the role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Geography Teacher for an excellent secondary school in Blackpool.
This role will start September 2022 and to cover a resignation and so will have the potential to transfer to a permanent contract.
This role will be to join a supportive Humanities dept and you will be covering a full timetable of Geography across Key Stage 3 & 4.
The ideal candidate will hold QTS and will be a subject specialist in Geography.
The school are happy to consider both NQT/ECT applications as well as experienced teachers.

To be considered for the role of Teacher of Geography you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
Be adaptable and flexible
Have a flexible approach to work and be able to think on your feet
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
Have excellent classroom management skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
