Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie for a fine dining Restaurant in Portscatho area. Due to the location of the role your own transport is essential. -Staff accommodation available
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to run a section and work closely with the sous and head chef to produce food cooked to a very high standard. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills, have an understanding of produce and ingredients.
