Full-Time or Part-Time Senior HR Administrator
Stratford upon Avon/Leamington Spa & (Hybrid working)
(2 days per week - Stratford upon Avon - offering remote working 3 days per week)
GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 pro rata - dependent on hours of work
30 - 37 hours per week - Flexible to hours of work

HR Administration
Drafting of employment offers and contracts of employment
Drafting of letters to employees
Ensuring the HR System is kept up to date for all our clients.
Support HR Consultants at employee relations meetings, (grievances & disciplinaries)
Respond and deal with client employment queries, referring to HR Consultants
Liaise with client payroll providers
Assist HR Consultants with the production of payroll reports and spreadsheets
Preparation of HR newsletters using MailChimp
Ensure HubSpot is up to date with client information
Administration of the recruitment process for clients, including placing adverts on recruitment portals, initial sifting of CVs, responding to candidates, and arranging interviews
Maintain the online filing system for HR and HR files
Coordination of starter and leaver processes
Subbing for the HR Consultants at networking events where required
Finance Administration
Confidential administrative support to the finance team
Assisting with the day to day management of Finance for all subsidiaries
Management of purchase ledger including dealing with and uploading invoices with cross department allocation, paying suppliers and dealing with queries
Management of the outstanding customer invoices on a regular basis
Managing and following up staff relating to procedural items e.g. following up and ensuring they have kept up to date with compliance requirements
Other support tasks relating to administration of our regulatory requirements
Experience required:
* Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
* Highly organised/Ability to work on own and use own initiative
* Strong attention to detail
* Competent user of Microsoft Office -Word, Excel - Pivot tables & VLookups
* Preference given to those from a HR background
* Further training optional to the right candidate
