London (SE1)
GBP32,000 - GBP38,000 + 10% bonus

This is a newly created role working for an established and professional business in London. We are looking for a exceptional individual to join as Customer Service Account Manager. You will need excellent sales support, administration and customer service experience along with experience of using Salesforce or a CRM (essential).
You will be an integral part of this sales division and will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
This will be a busy all round role with a varied mix of administration, sales support and customer service.
Typical duties include;
Speaking to customers/clients via phone and email
Managing the Salesforce CRM
General sales support/administrative duties
Supporting the operations and sales teams with admin queries and leads
Calling existing customers to check they are receiving the highest level of experience
