IT Manager
NxGen Recruit are currently looking to recruit an IT Manager on a permanent basis, working between their Loughborough site and from home.

Loughborough - Hybrid
Within this role you will be working in partnership with third party providers providing support to the virtual and physical infrastructure of their numerous sites. Alongside the technical support you will be proactive in increasing process automation and reassigning technical queries to the appropriate support provider. Key duties include -
Provide onsite support in conjunction with our third party helpdesk in respect of any physical hardware troubleshooting;
Support in the set up of new users (including in respect of the ordering of equipment) and the timely disabling of leaver accounts.
Act as intermediary between the business and various IT based suppliers, including:
The primary support partner.
Two EDI software providers for our two respective ERP systems.
The third party SAP support provider.
Mobile phone provider.
The card processing software & terminal provider.
Managed service hardware providers.
Complete daily maintenance tasks with the objective of automating these to the extent possible.
Support in the roll out of security enhancements and software upgrades as and when arising
