The Automotive Division of Questech Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join an industry leading client with great facilities and opportunities.
This Team Leader will be in charge of / overseeing a team of Senior Breakdown Controllers in a fast-paced environment.
This role position is a Permanent, Full-Time role working Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm.
Team Leader Duties:
* Delivery of cost-effective breakdown solutions to satisfy customer needs.
* Overseeing the team making sure targets are hit through objectives, goals KPIs etc.
* Complete regular 1 to 1's focusing on development and continuous improvement.
* Manage processes such as forecasting, resource planning and management processes.
* Deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
* Complete duties and tasks within a given timeframe.
Team Leader Attributes:
* Previous experience within a breakdown/recovery or HGV maintenance high-pressure control room dealing with emergency / non-emergency assistance.
* Previous experience leading / overseeing a team showing positive results and high efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all relevant parties.
* Knowledge and understanding of fleet/automotive industry
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions.
Pay
The annual salary will be between GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications. There is also a bonus available on top of your basic salary around GBP2400
