Our client is a Learning and Development Company and through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Part Time Training Programme Coordinator to join their small team.

Although flexible the ideal hours 4.5 a day Monday to Fri - 22.5 a week.

What you will do

* Act as a central point of client contact, maintaining and enhancing client relationships by building strong working relationships

* Administer a wide range of development programmes and training that can last from one-day to over 12 months

* Work with and in support of our Consultants in the development, management and delivery of pre and post-programme communications and materials

* Work with and in support of our Consultants in the relationship management of existing clients

* Administer the LMS, to include uploading and editing online content, as well as acting as point of contact for delegates using the LMS

The ideal person will have worked in a role where they have been responsible for co-ordinating, will have exceptional customer service skills, and good Administration.

You must also be available to juggle many different projects happening at the same time, is a very busy environment.

The role requires:

* Good computer skills and at least 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office on a day-to-day basis

* MS Excel experience is essential; knowledge of pivot tables and MS Query will be a distinct advantage

* Excellent written skills and the ability to proofread documents
