Job Role: Sous Chef/Chef de Partie
Location: EX32
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Salary: GBP22,000.00 - GBP28,965.00 per year
Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join their professional and friendly team. A Sous Chef and Chef de Partie position is available at an exclusive Lounge Bar and Restaurant which values itself with its fine dining food menu and wide range drinks menu. We're looking for a creative individual who is willing to participate in creating seasonal menus and designing new dishes
As the Sous Chef/Chef de Partie your duties will be:

Responsible for a designated section of the kitchen
*
Assist Head Chef with both culinary and administrative tasks
*
Designing and preparing high end food
*
Preparation and service of Food in line with SFBB Guidelines
*
Assisting with Menus & Ideas where required
*
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
*
Communicating with General Manager
*
Working closely with management and Front of House to provide an excellent service
The successful Sous Chef/Chef de Partie will:

2 years experience essential
*
Have a positive attitude towards your work
*
Be passionate about good food & great hospitality
*
Understand the importance of Teamwork and support all colleagues in order to meet the demands of the business
*
Remain Calm under pressure
*
Have High Personal Presentation Standards

Be Self Motivated & enthusiastic
