Salary: £30,840 - £37,903 per annum

Location: Taunton Campus

Bridgwater & Taunton College is located in the heart of Somerset, with main centres in Bridgwater, Taunton and Cannington. The College has an excellent reputation both regionally and nationally as a highly successful provide of Education & Training.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Ofsted Outstanding, work based learning team and will be responsible for leading on our leadership and management curriculum. Delivering training for some of the largest employers in the region, the post holder will join us at an exciting time as we support our employer partners to deliver the leaders and managers they need for the future.

With well-established programmes, excellent stakeholder feedback and achievement rates way in excess of national averages, this is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to further elevate this curriculum and cement University Centre Somerset as the go-to provider for leadership and management in the South West.

You will be expected to co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses and lead a successful team of staff to contribute to the college’s expectations of quality. You will hold leadership and management qualification(s) and have experience working in a professional environment. You will be proactive, enthusiastic and possess strong employer engagement skills to develop effective business to business relationships that enhance the learner journey.
