We are hiring Team Leader for a manufacturing company in High Wycombe.
In the Team Leader role ( Electromechanical production) , you'll report to the Production Manager and will be involved in:
Operational activities( inventory management, health and safety and personnel development)
Production activities ( assembly,testing and calibration
Managing and supporting a team of assemblers
To be considered for the Team Leader role ( Electromechanical production) , you must have experience as an Electromechanical assembler and has management background.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
•A detailed knowledge of general and lean, manufacturing process.
•To carry out fault diagnosis to highest level and ability to read and understand engineering, assembly and manufacturing drawings.
•Computer literate with the competence in Microsoft packages such as outlook and Excel
•Of good physical health and fitness enabling the handling, moving and distributing of awkward and / or heavy items.
•To understand and support continuous improvements in processes and products.
•To support and encourage team working and individual development.
Full relevant training will be provided, but as a minimum the following qualifications would be advantageous but not prescriptive.
•4 level Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
•Graduate in Engineering/Manufacturing
We need you to be able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team and reliable.
The Package is GBP25,500 to GBP30,000/yr ( starting salary)
This is a permanent position, full time.
Working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
