Are you an experienced administrator who is excited to join the world of seafood sustainability?

 

We are looking for someone who can assist a busy Technology and Data team by coordinating key project meetings as well as supporting project managers and attending key project meetings

 

The IT Projects Coordinator will play a vital coordination and administrative role within the MSC, by helping to ensure the smooth running of project meetings. This role will also require interaction with the MSC’s Executive Committee and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

 

The focus of the role will be to coordinate our Digital Programme Committee (DPC) and IT project meetings in addition to supporting our IT Project Managers / IT Platform leads on a wide range of tasks, including organising meetings, notetaking, and project management administration. 

 

Besides sharing our enthusiasm for our oceans, our ideal candidate will also have the following:

  • Experience of participating in or supporting projects and the use of project management tools to deliver successful outcomes. 
  • Excellent diary management skills including advanced knowledge of MS Outlook.
  • Experience of organising meetings, especially with a geographically diverse stakeholder group.
  • Experience of working with technology and data teams is also desirable.

 

Please note, this is a fixed-term contract for 9 months
