Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing eco-brands that is expanding into Europe and has just had major investment.
Due to expansion they need an experience Sales support / Salesforce guru to help with all kinds of client queries. Duties include the following:
* Field existing customer queries and managing the outcomes of the query.
* Provide additional administrative support to ensure current customer queries and questions are responded to in a timely manner.
* Ensuring that customer and distributor communication records are up to date on CRM Salesforce database as and when queries come in.
* Working with the sales team in contacting existing clients to check-up
* Coordinating training sessions for service engineers and product trainers.
* Sending/receiving products and dispensing equipment.
* Work closely with the Order Processing team to ensure all invoicing / PO queries are escalated appropriately
* Managing all inbound, new business customer queries & help them to understand how opportunities can be maximised
* Monitoring all SLAs
* Engage with customers on the frontline
* Leads with any customer escalations
* Coordinate the team rota ensuring service sales visits and appointment are delivered
* Production of both internal and external reports
* Look after team communication,
* Troubleshoot customer technical issues that arise and escalate through appropriate channels

Salary dependent on experience
