MAK Jobs are recruiting HR Administrator.

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Salary: GBP10.83 - GBP12.26 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00

Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator

- First point of contact for recruitment agencies and operations team.

- Liaising with HR, Operations team, agencies and staff on a daily basis

(attendance, absences, performance and etc )

- Processing new starters, leavers, conducting right to work check

- Maintain HQ time management software with shift rota, holiday requests

- Ensuring line managers are monitoring and informing you of any changes to work shift

- Provide guidance and assistance in recruitment selection, training and induction where necessary

- Respond to all telephone calls and emails in a timely manner.

- Good attention to details

- Previous administrative experience working in similar role is preferable but not essential
