Fantastic opportunity to join the longest established MSP in Basildon who provide tailored technical support to in excess of 350 SMEs throughout Essex and parts of London.
Your role:
* To provide technical IT support on client sites
* To assess the customer needs in terms of systems expansion and development and communicate these needs back to your Team Leader
* To provide support across all applications, operating systems, networks and servers
* To identify persistent technical faults and suggest / implement solutions
* To communicate effectively with the customer to ensure they are fully up to speed with the solutions being put in place
* Escalate tickets if necessary while communicating with your colleagues
You will need:
* Strong, application, operating systems, networks, server knowledge
* Experience of working in a field support role for an IT Managed Services Provider
* Excellent communication skills
* A willingness to provide the highest level of support at all times
* A flexible and can do attitude
* A clean or reasonably clean driving licence
