Evoke Staffing Ltd are actively recruiting 2 x Team Leaders of our client, an e-commerce fulfilment business based in Swindon.
Location: Dorcan or West Swindon.
Pay Rate: GBP11.00ph
Hours: 08:00-16:30
Duties:
* Overseeing the day-to-day duties of the designated team.
* Liaising with the Department Manager and distributing workload.
* Leading a team of up to 5 people.
* Picking and Packing goods to go direct to customers.
* Review performance and update attendance.
* Creating and maintaining all relevant documentation.
