STEM recruitment solutions have a great opportunity for permanent Production Planner for our client based in Edinburgh.
Responsible for the efficient planning and scheduling of operations to ensure the factoryplan is met and customer deadlines are achieved.Duties will include:
* Execute ERP Production Schedule with respect to capacity requirements.
* Creation and execution of full annual production capacity requirements plan.
* Create realistic rolling plan and communicate to production personnel.
* Lead weekly meeting to ensure all areas are working to achieve weekly production output plan.
* To issue reports to Senior Management to show factory status and for managing production on a day to day basis.
* Record accurate department information via electronic systems.
* Maintain and practice good housekeeping in the area of work by ensuring it is clean, tidy, well ordered and filing kept up to date.
* Maintain procedures manual.
* Ensure company H&S, Quality and Environmental principals are owned and adopted.
