Commercial / Operations Coordinator - Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare Industry

Hybrid Role - 2 days in office and 3 days from home

Our client operates as a virtual Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare Company.

This role be responsible for the coordination of processes associated with the initial distributor set-up, artwork approvals, project planning and all customer order processing and delivery activities.

Key duties will include:

Coordination of artwork approvals between the distributor and business
Interface with marketing, quality and regulatory functions when required
Coordination between external studios and contract packagers
Coordination of bar-codes and county specific coding requirements
Support to implementation of serialisation as or when required
Recording and filing of the approved artwork
Maintain compliance to all internal SOPs and in country regulations
Receive and process distributor orders
Coordinate tracking and audit of submitted information as appropriate
Communicate expected delivery dates to distributors
Ensure all batch release and export paperwork is available and sent to the distributors
Support the finance department by notifying orders, delivery and forecasts in a proactive manner
Detail and maintain appropriate project plans
Implement and update internal trackers ensuring visibility across commercial and distribution activities
Monitor service levels and report to senior management
Liaison with CMOs, distribution partners and any third-party suppliers as necessary;
Maintain accurate records, file both electronic and paper-based materials according to procedure
Generate status reports for senior management
Any other projects or work required by Line Manager or other senior management Requirements:

Previous experience gained in Pharmaceutical /Consumer Healthcare/FMCG products and/or medical devices
Ability to work on own initiative
Good communicator
Project management experience
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Sound numeracy skills with ability to interpret data
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Knowledge, awareness and understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and compliance with distribution arrangements would be an advantage
Awareness of VAT compliance, Customs, Imports & Duty documentation requirements would be an advantage
