Are you an experienced Administrator? Have you worked as a Purchasing Administrator?

OA are working with an established client based in Luton to recruit a Purchasing Administrator on a temp basis.

The role will entail:

Placing orders with suppliers
Chasing overdue orders
Raising invoice queiresm
Maintenance of information on software
Running reports
General admin
As this is a relatively entry level position ideally the right candidate would be someone who is looking to start their career with accounts / finance. To be considered for the role you will need:

Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi task
Use of Word packages
The role is office based, Monday to Friday and the hours are:

8.30am to 5.15pm - Monday to Friday

Pay - GBP12.25ph PAYE
