We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast paced busy warehouse based in Bordon. You will be supervising a team of warehouse operatives and employed drivers, ensuring smooth day to day running of warehouse and logistics.
The main duties will be:
Plan and co-ordinate incoming goods, storage and despatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the objectives and KPI's as determined by the reporting Manager.
Safe and efficient loading of company and sub-contractor vehicles.
Assist with arranging agency contractors when required.
Responsible for depot vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are road worthy, correctly loaded and meet O licence regulations.
As company mobile holders - answer phone outside of working hours.
Be available for stock take
Other general duties to maintain efficient working of warehouse and yard.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required within reasonable request.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Implement the company health and safety polices to ensure a safe working conditions and practices within the yard and warehouse areas. Welfare of all staff, sub-contractors and visitors to site.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Highly self-motivated with the ability to understand priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Conscientious, hardworking with an attention to detail.
Enjoys the challenge of solving problems within a pressured, time critical environment.
Ability to listen attentively to gain understanding, assess implications and react accordingly.
Hold appropriate forklift licenses.
