My retail and consumer goods client is looking for a Data specialist / Training Developer to assist with their exciting programme of Digital transformation.

My client is a British multinational consumer goods company with offices in Leatherhead, Surrey.
Description
The successful candidate for the Data Specialist / Training Developer contract role based in Leatherhead Surrey, will fulfil the following:
- Reference existing materials, and develop relationships with Subject Matter Experts,
- Develop and to execute a Training Needs Assessment.
- Build and deliver a training strategy (per technology) tailored to the needs of our end users for upcoming go-lives.
- Draft a Learning Approach and Plan which respects broader programme milestones.Deliver the creation/ adaptation of learning content.
- Lead end user clinics during and answer any end-user queries.
- Plan and lead reviews of training materials post go-live
- Lead retrospective to capture what has/ hasn't worked well and apply learnings to future go-lives.
Profile
To be considered for the Data Specialist / Training Developer role, the candidate must present evidence of the following:
- Demonstrable track record of developing, collaborating, and executing training needs analysis documentation across complex business change programmes.
- Proven work in creating content for e-learning (eg. Camtasia) and hosting using relevant e-learning platforms covering both new business processes and technical instructional guidance.
- Proven work in building content for sales platforms and/or business planning systems.
- A strong self-starter and track record in meeting content creation deadlines.
Job Offer
The day rate for this position is GBP100 - GBP150 per day Inside IR35
