About The RoleJob SummaryPractice Plus Group are looking for a full time Rota Administrator for our Out Of Hours service in Gloucestershire on a permanent basis.You will work closely with Operational and Clinical Teams under the management of a Rota Manager whilst assisting in the assurance, collation and production of staff compliancy reports. You will assist in the rostering of clinical and operational staff in accordance with designed rotas and ensure that data is accurately captured for payroll and billing purposes.ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to ensure that reports within the rota and compliancy team are completed accurately and on schedule as required. Contact will be primarily by telephone and email to clinical and operational staff to ensure rotas are populated against designed templates. You will accurately record all details and changes on the rota management system to ensure downloads of information are correct whilst liaising with clinical and operational teams to ensure required rota plan is achieved on a regular basis. You will ensure that all staff added to the rota are compliant against company checks to complete associated work.
