As we continue our growth journey, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our established Professional Services team. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a team of Project Engineers delivering a range of IT projects including Microsoft 365 migrations, Infrastructure upgrades, MDM solution deployments and many more.

Our ideal candidate will have experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on resource scheduling and project plan creation/progress tracking. You will have a high attention to detail, be highly organised and be a confident communicator.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us, with opportunities as we grow as a business to progress into a Project Management role for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

- Scheduling of incoming projects.
- Initial project workplan creation.
- Client communications.
- Coordinating required project procurement.
- Daily and weekly project board checks.
- Chairing team huddles and coordinating resulting actions.

We are looking for someone who has project coordination experience and experience working with external customers and so excellent communications skills are a must.  You will also be a highly organised person with the ability to multitask.
