* Regional main contractor who work throughout the Midlands
* The company are having a very busy year and have a number of projects due to start in the next few months.
* Projects are residential refurbishment, internal and externals and FRA work programmes.
* They have long term framework agreements
* Looking to grow the business and need an exceptional RLO to be a key part of this role.
Role
* You will be expected to work on multiple property refurbishment schemes.
* Initially involved in external door and window replacement contract
* Working closely with the site teams to ensure property residents are fully informed and engaged at all times.
* Work closely with the client and build long term relationships.
* The role will be based site based and occasional visit to the office.
* Take ownership of your projects and work in a fast paced environment.
* Work closely with the Director to assist in areas of future growth for the business
Person specification
* You must have successfully delivered fast track residential refurbishment projects.
* Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term relations
* You will have extensive knowledge of property services schemes
* You must have worked in a TLO/RLO role with a reputable contractor
* Excellent communication skills
* Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
