Pricing & Technical Analyst - Investment Operations

Lorien Global are working with a prestigious financial services organisation based in Telford with a view to recruit a Pricing and Technical Analyst within their Investment Operations function on a permanent basis.

Please note that this is a hybrid role so you will be required to work in the office up to three days per week so you will need to reside within commutable distance of Telford

This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of their fund administration process including validating valuation and pricing data, running unit matching box management processes, providing technical support to other teams in Investment Operations, and working with teams across the group and third-party partners to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Run fund administration processes such as asset-liability matching, box management and unit pricing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and processes and maintain evidence/audit trail as required.
• Continually seek opportunities to develop knowledge to enable provision of support to colleagues across Investment Operations.
• Apply agreed appropriate quality assurance controls to all work produced to ensure the accuracy and validity of the Company's financial information.
• Balancing competing priorities on different pieces of work in challenging timescales.

Person Specification:

• Financial Services experience gained in a Finance/Investment Operations role.
• Education - working towards a relevant qualification either in Accounting or Investment i.e. ACCA/CIMA/ACA or CFA/CISI
