Service Desk Analyst (ICT Assistant)

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support for their ICT systems, giving great customer service and helping everyone to use technology effectively.

Job requirements

  • Providing excellent customer service on the ICT service desk, providing first and second line support.

  • Making sure incident tickets are logged, triaged and resolved within agreed service level targets, providing great customer communication and updates from start to finish.

  • Setting up and maintaining mobile equipment.

  • Supporting the whole ICT team with administrative duties.

  • Providing support and guidance on how to use technology provided to their staff.

What they're looking for

  • Experience in a customer service role and an ICT support environment.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft admin systems like Active Directory.

  • Ability to solve problems using your own initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines.

  • Great communication skills.
