You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the business management systems, including ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and also API Q1. In addition, ensuring that the processes and procedures are being improved. You will also conduct customer audits and be responsible for NCR and complaints, ensuring appropriate action.

Description
- Organization of mandatory training courses, including mandatory refresher training in accordance with policy.
- Maintenance of training records
- Maintenance of the organisations audit schedule and to operate as Lead Auditor for the process
- Coordination of the audit process
- Facilitation of complaints through the business to ensure they are investigated in a timely manner
- Co-Ordination of product and system non-conformances to ensure they are implemented effectively
- Support team in generations of certs and documentation

- Proven track record of managing and developing ISO systems in a manufacturing environment
