Customer Service Assistant

Reed are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for an expanding and growing Angling company.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am till 5pm - 1 weekend in 3 (rota basis)Salary: GBP20,000- GBP23,000

My client, based in Ongar, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who is friendly, willing to learn and able to deal with a high volume of queries.

Duties of the role will include:

• Process customer sales orders offering advice on products and services.
• Respond to customer emails, social messages and processing customer returns.
• Answer customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Process returns by booking collections, inspecting goods and then returning to supplier for replacements or credits whilst keeping the customer up to date.
