Extra Care Registered Manager

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to older people and people with a learning disability, physical disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. The support we offer is tailored to the individual client's needs and preferences and promotes wellbeing, choice and community engagement. We are a local provider employing a diverse team of around 100 well supported staff across the Bromley area.
We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our Extra Care services, Apsley Court (circa 26 clients) which is located in Orpington. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user's families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery.
You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach. An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. You should have a relevant professional qualification and/or a degree level qualification.
