RWR Recruitment are excited to announce a new opportunity working as a customer service administrator based in Bristol. Due to current Promotions within the business this organisation requires customer service advisors with previous call centre/ account management experience.

Responsibilities;
* Undertake the day-to-day management of customer contracts
* Provide high levels of customer service and support
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Action all emails
* Complete client bookings using booking platforms provided
* Updating client details using salesforce
* Produce clear and concise external reports
Essential skills;
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
* Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
* Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders
* Processing orders
* Inputting data
* IT literate
* Attention to detail
Desirable skills;
* MI reporting
* Contact centre experience

Hours: (Rota basis) 40 hours per week
Monday - Sunday (7am-2pm) and (2pm-11pm)
